Fairly clean place with mountain views and very very helpful staff. Friendliness from the whole staff. Huge, reasonably sized rooms and very good bathrooms. Great amenities like good heating, complementary tea and coffee. Really lovely stay, as always.

Definitely worth it for the family
We spent two nights and the heating pad on the bed was a lifesaver in the cold weather it was amazing how warm it kept us. Also the hot breakfast was cooked perfectly which really started our day right.
It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable for what we got.

The family room I stayed in was spacious and really clean. It had a cozy atmosphere and charming decor. The bedding was comfy, but I found the bed a bit hard for my taste. It was a nice room but needed better wi-fi coverage.

A Cozy Haven in Inverness
Spent two nights enjoying the cozy atmosphere! The ground-floor room had a good patio. The bed's heating pad was a dream during chilly nights! Breakfast was a treat, with fresh options that fueled our day. A short walk to the city center made exploring easy.

I arrived late and appreciated the self-check-in arrangement. The room had a cozy feel, with a good amount of space for relaxation. It was clean and tidy, made settling in easy. The staff were genuinely helpful when I had questions. The bathroom had some maintenance issues. The shower had low pressure and the door was not functioning properly. Breakfast on the first day was decent, but the choices felt limited and it took quite a while to get served. I expected a bit more variety. Despite these drawbacks, the location is pretty good, within walking distance to attractions but uphill on the return, which could be tough after a long day. It was a pleasant stay, but some attention to detail with the amenities and breakfast would really enhance the experience.

I loved the cozy family room we stayed in and the delicious breakfast that kept us full all day! There were really nice spots to relax, like the beautiful garden and a comfy lounge. The only hiccup was the Wi-Fi only being available in the common areas, but it didn't ruin our fun. 😊

The ambience of the place was quite charming, yet
The room's furniture felt a bit outdated. The bed was comfortable, and I particularly enjoyed the home-cooked breakfast each morning. The owners were so cute was nice, despite the minor furniture inconveniences.

Perfect spot for exploring!
Kathleen was super friendly and cooked up a delicious breakfast every morning. The place is in a lovely neighborhood, felt totally safe. Just a quick stroll to the river and castle, great. Only thing was, the room could've used a bit more space for luggage. Still, really enjoyed my stay!
